My LLC performs marketing that incurs business expenses. 

They also do not verify contractors work performed they send out which causing ongoing issues.

Sounds like those properties have been performing well, if it ain't broke why fix it? 

We are also not performing any non-emergency repairs during this period.

Just curious about your strategy as I too am in the Rock Hill area and always interested in how others are performing here! 

While they could attempt to go after you for loses associated with non performance of the lease, in reality they will likely take your deposit and leave it at that.  

I told a girl annoyed that she had just booked a great gig, she's a folksy guitar player / singer,  to sign up for Patreon, do eVites and then have people pay to watch her perform on video and chat with her fans - guess what - her list responded positively on her Insta and now she can do something, whole venues need to think about this. 

Since section-8 is going to perform a contamination test prior to approval. 

In lieu of an in person showing and to maintain the safety of not only yourself, but also the current Tenants and the prospective Tenant, you can ask the Tenant if they would be open to perform a facetime (or equivalent) video walkthrough for the prospective Tenant.
