You've got some of the basics but I would suggest the following:- Internet & TV - Roku Smart TV, Sling TV and Netflix are some options you can explore.- Basic pots & pans for cooking- Coffee maker and filters- Salt & Pepper- Utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, coffee mugs (pyrex is inexpensive and durable)- Cooking utensils like large spoons, spatula and basic cooking knives.- Paper products such as toilet paper, a bag of paper napkins, 1 paper towel roll to start them off.

I understand this is an uphill battle taking on such a task with little to no knowledge, but I want to hear from you guys on what you may recommend starting out as far as the initial steps to being a wholesaler.

Look at both the best-case and worst-case scenario for purchasing the house and renting it out, then compare that to the best-case and worst-case scenario of selling the property and investing the money elsewhere.A couple thoughts on this: investing in a market not near yourself makes simple tasks a hassle, and challenging tasks tremendously difficult.

If you put together all the information and script for the inside sales agent then it's a simple task taking minimum time per day.

And not one that’s recommended by every dick and harry on the Internet.
