Wholsale for beginners (advice & tips)

Hi you guys!

I’m Houston based looking to get into the RE business and learn everything I can.

I recently met a wholesaler who inspired me to take a deeper look into the business and I am hooked!

Now I’m writing this post for a little encouragement and motivation.

I understand this is an uphill battle taking on such a task with little to no knowledge, but I want to hear from you guys on what you may recommend starting out as far as the initial steps to being a wholesaler. I’m aware different markets make for different experiences but I can’t wait to hear from you guys!
