@David Soria I think what Raj meant is that the vegas markets isn't as strong for cash flow as other markets in the US.I personally think vegas is still good for appreciation. all depends what your investment goals are.  

After taking an introductory course, I found general finance to be far more interesting than my t-shirt selling classmates & declared finance as my minor.

I won;t lay out a plan for this, but I will tell you this.The one with all the leads is King.Focus on lead generation strategies THAT WORK, and everything else will fall in place!
