They pull numerous lists, then SKIP TRACE to remove DNC's and Litigators and what's left is the numbers you text blast.

If you're trying to start cheaply that may be a good option, of course you have to skip trace the lists from there but I've had success finding peoples' numbers simply by googling them.

Umbrella policies are too cheap to skip. 

Not to mention if it turns out the developer skips town. 

At least then it is clear upfront that the current tenant has some costs involved and there is no free lunch.On an unrelated note, I do think schools should give free lunch and breakfast to all students.

Given that I see very few units that don't include a washer and dryer and those all show as having been posted much longer than those that do, I don't think I can just skip it altogether.
