I can't believe how hospital care and attention has worsened.

The vacation rental business is very tricky and can be very risky so with that, I would caution readers to consider the source and dive into their own due diligence on all the numbers involved for their potential investment in this or any venue.

Where do you look these things up and more specifically what are the best metrics and news to pay attention to in everyone's opinion?

The more you look at what's for sale and pay attention to the size, features and amenities of the properties and you will start to get an understanding of what's a "normal price" for a property in a given area.  

You only need 15 ft to fit a skinny mini and these are in high demand.When calculating an IRR, you are factoring in your cash-on-cash return (for other readers not familiar with this it is your cap rate that factors in your leverage) plus appreciation.

I joined Bigger pockets after being a site reader for awhile.  

I have a list of vacant houses and I want to mail the owner of the vacant property to hopefully get their attention that im interested in getting it under contract. what is a quick and easy way to do this?
