So many other forums I've read (professional or hobby interest) are full of flame wars-- like there's an army of trolls waiting to devour the most recent half-baked idea.But on BP even when people post "I'm 21, no job, skills or money, and I want to be an overnight millionaire" the community gives them the benefit of the doubt, and encourages them to get then training & networking to accomplish that.

I am a licensed master electrician, I work for a contractor (great pay, benefits, work truck, etc..) but also own a fully licensed and insured electrical contracting company I basically have just set up (been open 3 years) but no time to do anything with because I am constantly working on both houses.

We have been researching this for a while, but the only TRUE benefit to LLC-ing is that we would be able to get hard money financing.

Basically I can benefit from any information that is given.

I suppose there can be some potential financial benefits to acting unethically and that can buy you a really nice pillow, but the best thing for a good night's rest is a clear conscience.Adam B.: I hope your future interactions with realtors are more positive!
