New Member Eager TO Learn

My name is Eric Duran, I am from Illinois and i currently work at tire factory, which I really love. I am a newbie to investing real estate, and came across BP doing a web search. I am trying to learn everything I can while I save enough money for my first multifamily house. I have been doing some reading on this website for awhile now and I must say I really find it enjoyable. I'm 27 looking to retire when I 45 I know this is possible as anything is possible. I also know that I need some help and I am ALWAYS willing to learn.
