I want to diversify some of my stock investments. 

I assume this is after you have millions invested in regular real estate, the stock market, maybe some notes and regular reits/mlps. 

For younger cool design and the slight retro vibe can really work.We paid a designer to execute a logo we had in mind and used really nice card stock.

city county state regulators generally don't enforce deed restrictions.its up to the community were the restrictions are placed.. if its just one parcel with the restrictions.. you as declarant would have the right to defend thembut no one else if they are not subject to the same deed restrictions.it goes both ways.you look at CCRs from the turn of the century up until about the 50s  and there are all sorts of un enforceable things.having to do with Race religion  Chickens Pigs other live stock.. 

Obviously, someone planning to retire in five years should not be diving into risky investments whether real estate or stocks.

If you want to be relatively close to family look at nearby neighborhoods with older housing stock that have lower tax rates.

Hello Everyone,    Being a truck driver, I spend a lot of time on the road with just my thoughts, especially when SiriusXM has nothing new on and is just repeating, and the weekends the stock market is closed!

I'm trying to boost my savings so I can get in the game quicker, when I came up with the idea of redirecting some of the funds I allocate to my 401K towards REI.Admittedly, the stock market craziness is what got me thinking, but in addition to that my employer matches up to 5% and I'm putting in 10%.
