The three year old air conditioning went out today (Sunday).  

You would think they would make a brand that is scientifically engineered to prevent toilets from ever running for years but sadly there's not much technology to guys...

They will call me if the fence looks like it is leaning, or if the sprinkler heads come loose or if the air flow on the a/c feels like it is more in one room and less in another or if a piece of weather stripping is loosening up on the back door.

Its probably in your best interest to move out peacefully and leave your unit in good shape so as not to prevent you from renting in the future.

@Albert Olivarria Seems like a safety net to prevent them from doing any work that is out of the scope of what they ware willing to do.  

There may be a little smell, but just let it air out.I had a unit down 3 months just because of this issue.

If so rent some furniture and put it up on Air BnB or similar for a few months.

But if I just move on, how does that prevent the landlord from doing this again?
