I am reading “The Due Diligence Handbook For Commercial Real Estate” by Brian Hennessey and there are some good helpful tips thus far but I’m not seeing any specific detail about fees for these steps.

Our next step is to find out if vacant or not (our realtor seems to think is occupied), offer a small $ incentive to said tenants to move out in a nice and tidy fashion as to avoid damage to the property (if not, start the eviction process), get utilities changed in our name, get title insurance (via taxtitleservices) /clear the title, then work on the rehab :).

My immediate reaction is that her son probably accidently stepped on it.. but what I dont like is what she said here:"So while I was focusing on the dated and worn sink faucets, turns out the bath faucets also have problems.
