I recently received my first two certificates from the state for properties located in Alabama. 

Does anyone have any information or tips on how to file an ejectment, take possession, insure the home etc. I'm excited about the opportunities ahead; however, I would like to avoid any pitfalls if I can.

I've already made one mistake and that was purchasing certificates rather deeds (yikes), yet still profitable.
