Its' hard NOT to look at someone looking at you and that may drive a tad more engagement with your card.Also, be sure that you are emphasizing your highest value on the card (according to your target market). 

When I did my search now, it was targetted based on what is going on now.

My preference is a dog under 35 pounds and not a heavy shedding type, aggressive, or a puppy.

You have to pound the pavement, network, go to lumber yard, appliance outlet, etc. if you want to know costs.

If it will take you one year or more to save then I don't think it's a good move.In terms of targeting homes, I would look at properties that have been sitting on the market for 45 days+ and find one that is under value, offer over list price, and get closing costs back at closing.
