Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

So if the rent is $750 per month, they charge $750 for photos, marketing, showing the unit, background check, etc.

Starting a new listing in the slower season can be challenging but with great photos and aggressive pricing, staying booked should be a breeze.  

Very poor listing with no photos and a poor description of the property.

Most I’ve stayed in are decorated in a way that don’t make it feel like someone’s home (such as with family photos). 

@Gloria C.It is completely impossible to analyze a deal like this.For people to provide a better recommendation provide photos, what is the house worth, where is it located, repairs needed….Also did you do your own comps?

Also, be sure you are taking daily photos and creating reports of what happened as construction progresses and which trade was there and when.

@Joe JungIf you've done rehab on the property and have receipts or photos of before and after, there are a few good ones that require no seasoning and go up to 80LTV, depending on the state the property is in.I work with one or two that will do no seasoning regardless, but there LTV will peak at 75LTV, with exception to 80TLV if FICO is high enough.Cheers!
