In the past few weeks I charge more then the usual maximum 30% of the Credit card limit.

Now, while the new landlord would be entitled to possession, they may not be able to obtain a judgment for all of the past due rent

I am putting together about 3 m in prime location.

Over the past two years between rentals and flips I have bought and sold over 30 properties and I keep asking myself should I get my real estate license again solely for the purpose of handling my own transactions and having my own access to the MLS?

Does anyone have any good recommendations for folks that they have worked with in the past?
