In your area a plumber should be familiar with pressurizing/leak testing a system with air.

I'm looking to get one of these wall mounted mailboxes, you know, the fancy looking kind that you see in larger complexes or at condos.I've found them online and for a 6 unit, they are decently priced at around 180 bucks.

Then I would do a load of laundry and the high pressure discharge would scour the line a bit.

That way I can use that 2 months to find that first property.This is what I need at this point in my life, I have to succeed, there are no other options and I thrive on pressure.

I can't  totally eradicate the infestation with one bug bomb,  but I think I am doing all I can legally and will have the colony eventually wiped out if I can keep the slow steady pressure on.

However, during home inspection we found that there are settlement cracks above garage door (probably pressuring lintel).

@Sara Lightsey The alternative is to bring in dirt or move the dirt to mount elevation if your land doesn't naturally have higher ground.
