Apartment Mailboxes - How do I get one?

I'm looking to get one of these wall mounted mailboxes, you know, the fancy looking kind that you see in larger complexes or at condos.

I've found them online and for a 6 unit, they are decently priced at around 180 bucks. I want it so that the front of my house looks cleaner, and to secure mail for the tenants.

If I buy one, how will the mailman access the box if its locked? I'm assuming I would have to drop off the master key with the post office somewhere.

Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks,

Check with your local postmaster for the ins and outs of what is required. They have certain rules that need to be followed. I'm not sure if new inside mailboxes are permitted for small apartment buildings as the post office prefers to be able drive up to the boxes in many areas.
