What I've seen is that rents have dropped in the city (Especially luxury rentals) and have risen in the suburbs due to the following reasons:- Colleges are still for the most part, remote, creating a large volumes of vacancies which has lead to landlords giving incentives to get their units rented (One or Two months free rent, broker fee paid by landlord, etc.)- As a result of this, a lot of my clients who are coming up on their lease renewal period are negotiating lower rents with their current landlords.

I will be going to a new city and will not have this luxury so wanted to see what others had to say to ease my uncertainty or to validate why I am uncertain. 

Help those own a home even with bad credit, close more commercial & luxury homes than residential & not least, invest in some properties in Fl & Puerto Rico.

If it's a super luxury property, then maybe. 

Not to mention it led me to put a 330 high-end, luxury deal together.  

Is 3.6K rent normal for the area that you invest in or is this a luxury property?

I've tried other business ventures and didn't have that luxury.

If you add in that postcard printer which cost me what two luxury german made vehicles would.

If you send them to a phone friendly form youll have a better result and still have the luxury of data connection.
