I have listened to several podcasts and audiobooks, I've read several forum posts on Bigger Pockets and social media posts in different groups, and have talked to a few of the local investors in my area, and I feel like I have a decent grasp on beginner investing.

I've been reading, researching, and listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts for the past several months after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and falling in love with the idea of real estate investing.

So glad I followed through with them though.I recommend you educate yourself, and hopefully you are, by listening to the BP podcasts, and reading and learning more about REI.

Yes, you can read books, listen to podcast and learn by yourself, but at the end of the day, your net worth is your network.
