Yeah one of the mailer companies I talked to was telling me it takes about 1000 letters to get anything (rei print mail), they were pricey to for just being postcards. 

I have talked to a few of these agents and while they sell this stuff  they really dont do anything except want you to make offers and then hire a contractor for a fee to go look at it..
