Hey BPers,I am designing a strategy for tax-deferred savings that builds current cashflow and could essentially function as an alternative retirement or FIRE strategy.So...here's the strat in a nutshell:1.

We're just adding a kitchen, closing off a hallway, and changing an entrance to a bathroom.

We completely renovated the entire house and gave it a very trendy modern design.

The idea is go 50/50 on the down payment and any improvements to the property (likely kitchen and bath upgrades).

But flooring, kitchen, bath, painting, etc.

Ancillary skills (web design, marketing, etc)? 

We just put new floor into the kitchen and bathrooms, new vanity sets and cabinets, also the kitchen appliences are 6 months old...i just wonder if prices could decline because it is an absolute hot sellers market right now...

We put in 3/4" hardwood oak, painted, updated a bathroom, painted kitchen cabinets, changed countertops & tiled the flooring.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We also plan to replace carpets, add A/C, and remodel the kitchen at some point.
