@Milton Rivera I worked at APL (Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory), I no longer work there since I now am in grad school in Indiana.

I think pursuing a license may incorporate the best of all worlds - learning, doing, and possibly additional revenue through which I can accelerate my next big downpayment.

So what I’m hearing is I need to get even more nitty gritty in my search for a lender and not just in the hard construction physical work.
