Hey everyone,I am trying to work on “pitches” for some creative financing, specifically with approaching potential partners in real estate deals.

It’s tough in Washington State because prices are through the roof in my area so I’m trying to get creative.

First off, you need to know their motivation and loan info, etc. when structuring creative deals, but basically it goes like this:I can pay you $65,000 cash now.I can pay you $5,000 cash now, and $65,000 more in 6 months.I can pay you $2,000 now and $75,000 in monthly payments of $500.Which works best for you?

I guess, you all can probably imagine how excited I was to learn about Creative REI strategies.
