I actually moved from Dallas to Lubbock and am in both cities frequently, so hopefully we'll cross paths at some point!

Upon reading David Greene's books on BRRRR and long distance real estate investing, I've decided what I've got to do: get off the bench.

(about 20k over priced)...moral of story - and to add to wheatie - YOU MUST HAVE a QUALIFIED ATTORNEY that will cross the t's and dot the i's and a TITLE COMPANY that is well known for its business and has a rep for really doing top quality job.

To many actors not only are members o the Writers Guild, but also are dependent upon the writers and won't cross the picket lines.

This year should be gorgeous - we have the best snowpack in a decade and it should be green and pretty for the next several months.
