My only fear at the moment is jumping into it and finally going out there.

If anything, it would fuel it, since falling rates fuel purchasing power, and rising rates fuel purchasing activity (fear of missing out.)

And now it looks like Bob is willing to perjure himself to his insurer out of fear of what could come of his company.  

I admit, it's daunting, but I'd like to work on chipping away at my fears and building knowledge, experiences and connections that will help me to get into this field.I think that I am about 2-4 years from investing in a property, as I need to understand the industry and markets and also build up a downpayment.  

I was told I didn't qualify for the program because my husband owns property and this is a community property state (which NACA feared would mean he could come take my house).

But I don't really fear conversations or awkward moments.

Fear can paralyze you, and no one wants that.

I have no previous background in real estate(I considered investing about 8 years ago, but the fear bug kept me on the sidelines), but am willing to learn.
