I want to purchase a SFR in cash under my LLC name and take out a mortgage after the property is rented out.Can someone help give some guidance on whether this is a good way to go about it or will I run into any difficulties getting a mortgage for the LLC owned property?

The FHA-insured 203(k) loan is provided through approved lenders nationwide and is available to owners who will occupy the home themselves.There is a lot of extra paperwork and coordinating with the lender and contractor.I have found contractors and lenders who hopefully have enough experience to get through the process smoothly.I'm now looking for an  RE agent in Tampa who has done a few. 

In other words it will be a lot of extra work just for the benefit of knowing it.
