Growing My Outscoring Company

Hey BP Members!!

I own a Real Estate Management Outsource Company. Whether you're a property management company or investors my company goal is to help you grow your portfolio. We specialize in Resident Management, Maintenance Coordination, and Turnkey Management.

I do not use a set price because each case is different. I think it takes away from the concept of helping our clients grow a stronger portfolio. However, I will not take on a client if we cannot come to a fair agreement.

Any advice on how I can reach more prospective clients? My team currently manage 140 units with no marketing of our services. We have a website but that's about it.

Your feedback is greatly appreciate!

How would you make sure quality of work is good? How would you show properties? I think quality control in general would be extremely difficult. I speak from experience in saying 95% of people are below average. You'd think that math doesn't work out, but it true just the same.

Interesting concept though, and would be interested to hear about successes.
