The BP Podcasts have been a major source of inspiration & learning for me.Over the last 4 years @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner have hosted 216 episodes where the amazing guests have shared a wealth of knowledge for all of us to learn from.I kept looking for ways to quickly find episodes which were related to a specific topic I was exploring so that I could have marathon learning sessions which were focused on that particular topic.The best I could find was this link, but it doesn't seem to have been update in a long time.So I put together an organized and categorized Google Sheet of the podcasts (The themes are based on the titles, I'll try to refine the themes as I listen to them). 

The other thing you may want to explore is digging down one more "stick" ( approximately 20 ft) many times that extra 20 ft will hit a fresh water supply and the issue is solved.

A line of credit from a bank might work, but if you can get access to OPM through partnership, why not explore it?

If you can get a local, reputable company to run you a report, or if you know how to run one yourself that's the first step.
