I would recommend you start leaning the syndication business as it will enable you to purchase large multifamily (or other asset class) deals that can often take less work (larger deals can support full property management teams) and can translate to a lot more equity for the deal sponsor (you).

I feel like I'm never going to get ahead on my teachers salary.

Teacher, police officer, credit manager, crane operator, delivery driver, inventory control manager.....we can form a quick opinion about people, but all mentioned have or could have late payments or default but statistically, some jobs or professions have better payment expectations than others.

I am hoping to acquire another in 6-8 months.My daughter's fiance' works in Claxton and she is still in college to become a teacher.
