In realestate, I realize experience is the best teacher. However it doesnt hurt to have someone coach you along the way, success takes time. Everyone wants the answers from people who worked hard. It doesn't always work like that.

there are some people who want to know everything before the 'jump'. I known people like that - they never do anything. yes, you need to learn the basics and have a coach or mentor (or have access to BP community to ask for help and advice), but you've go to pull the trigger and do it.
