Any strategies developing for you?

I have always envied seeing big apartment complexes and developments being created.  

I have 15 years developing commercial, residential and multi family properties.

I started out wholesaling and have since moved on to bigger rehab and development projects with Michael.

I also have partnered with people in the construction and development business.  

My proudest moment in my real estate investment career to date was the day that I closed on the last unit of a condominium development project.

If you can get the zoning and own a construction company then there still are development opportunities.

I was going through them much too quickly and he felt that I had developed a dependency on them.  

Sounds like the seller is shedding the crap from his portfolio and using that cash for new development.

Big believer in giving back so now that I have been a realtor for almost 2 years I feel a little more confident in giving my opinion.Am eyeing my position as a realtor to be a way to jump into commercial development / residential housing.
