My Proudest Real Estate Investment

My proudest moment in my real estate investment career to date was the day that I closed on the last unit of a condominium development project. In a JV deal with a local contractor, we took a six unit building that had a bad fire and converted it into six luxury condo units. The most fulfilling aspect was having developed a product that had a high level of functionality, fidelity, and luxury. I can personally attest to this as I occupied one unit for nine months after it's completion. The closing day of the last unit was the highlight of my Real Estate career!
