I use google apps as well and im going to stay with it. but yes i need to figure what whats been dialed in for my area. its been tough these past few months. im sure its me though. every where you look everyone is swimming in deals and im always a step behind but im going to dig deep and review my current strategy and see how i can make it better. thanks man for all you do, its really top notch stuff. im in it for the long haul, one day i will be a guest on your podcast ;)

I'm hoping to gain a structured foundation of the most practical investing principles/best foundational practices required to begin OR I'd love to hear in the most simple terms how you went from A to B at the very beginning of your investing days.Let me clarify that my goal is to first gain a broad and then deep knowledge of what works and then gain a basic knowledge base on most effective strategies.

Some of course did well the one's that went to Atlanta in 2012 killed it.those that went for 25k homes in Detroit war zones well you can take a guess.5pm  I just cook dinner.. have an adult beverage.. watch Jepoardy just normal stuff :)I have never listened to one podcast not even my own.. as I see those beneficial for those starting out  I am sure there are a lot of great one's I know a few author's of pod cast and have deep respect for those folks.. but I work in the industry side by side.. so not really much new I am going to learn there plus my attention span won't allow it..

I am not saying you can't get one that fits into your criteria but to great deal you must dig and dig deep into all available resources including foreclosures, auctions, short sales, it may take a long time to get what you want one.
