Postcards is a debate that will always be around and you'll have to find out which one your prefer but the bottom line isn't how many phone calls you get but rather how many deals you close.

I guess thats a whole debate in itself. 

I would be looking for street value on flip deals and street value/rental assessments on hold deals.Also I didn't mean to start a big debate but the different view points are very interesting.

There was a pretty heated debate a while ago on wholesaler’s and I spoke my piece on that.

. :) That was great advice and I had debated making the letter shorter….or even longer and sending along a summarized version of my investing resume (which is short, honesty) along with the terms I am proposing and how their money would be protected (first position, reasonable ltv, insurance, automatic monthly payments deducted directly from my checking account, pre-signed deed in escrow so foreclosure proceedings could be avoided in the event of default, etc.).

Not usually the same as the county recorder's records do keep them separate in your mind.I've watched people debate the 'is it too early' stuff here on BP for a long time.

That's why there will always be a debate on which ones work best.
