Phoenix is way too expensive (I live at 37th st and IS) and with a  market crash (stock and probably everything else) in 6-8 months a distinct possibility no way would I buy in bubble 2.0 Phoenix land!

Not sure, I do alot of typing here, LOL.I never considered just getting a crash box for the phone, I was kinda sold on the military types, but guess that's not an issue really.I know too that not all service providers go with all phones.Verizon is big around here, but we have all of them and our terrain has some blank spots at times.

Houston and Austin didn't see a crash in 08 and 09 so we have never been able to come in and go to town buying as far as MLS listings.
