I don't disagree with Ron LeGrand but when you have to pay $100,000 per year to attend his various seminars and conferences, how many $30k flips do you have to do before you start making money?

There was a time in LA nearly every high paying defense job was here... 60s -90s.

Many of them attend and present at REI conferences all over the country.

On the question of is Alexis McGee and foreclosures.com a good vehicle to find a formula for success in investing I would say yes, do listen to the conference calls, do buy her CD's do attend the lab, and yes, do hire me as a coach (25 year investor/broker sold over 2500 properties, bought or sold over 100 for my own account.
