Rental Housing Associations

For those of you that own multi-family housing, do you belong to any rental housing associations. I have been a member of a local housing association and found that they helped provide useful updates on landlord-tenant issues, help to identify rental contract issues and provided a useful forum for sharing common and not so common experiences.
