Newbie from Southwest Michigan

Hello, my name is Eric Allman and I'm a 25 year old from St. Joseph, MI. My W-2 job is as a CAD Designer. I purchased my first home (a duplex) about 9 months ago. I've been house hacking it and realized that this is something that I really enjoy and want to continue doing more of.

I was fortunate to discover the BP community, and I've been focusing on learning as much as I can from other investors with more experience. I plan to purchase more multi-family homes in the area to build my portfolio and work towards financial freedom.
