Currently, it is not exhibiting any real downward trend, although it's longer-term upward trajectory from 2010 through 2014 appears to have ended.However, many US states, including larger states like New York, Texas, and Washinton have significant downward trending leading indeces, along with many energy-producing states, dropping into what is historically recession territory..Select States with Declining Leading IndecesDoesn't it look sort of like it did at the beginning of the last recession?

At that point I will weigh the opportunity cost of continuing to rent and waiting for the bubble to pop (unknown number of years) or to bite the bullet and pay extra in this cycle in hopes that my real estate will not lose more value than the combined rental income I saved purchasing now rather than later.If anyone has incite on the above I'd be happy to hear it!

I've had this one 3 years and my craigslist dishwasher finally bit the bullet, so I grabbed a new one for $100 and hauled it up there about two weeks ago.

There is no magic formula or silver bullet.

I am thinking they are not very energy efficient and they use a lot of wood.... 

I've been part of a # start ups, tech meet ups, other forums, and the energy, support, & attitude in this forum is phenomenal.

I doubt either of them are willing to dodge bullets to make a buck.

For a long term investor   does it make sense at this point to just get in the game, bite the bullet and purchase something even at a higher price than seems prudent?
