Direct Mail
Hey there... Quick question.
When sending direct mail for property... Are you sending a yellow letter and then post card to the same list? What seems to be the most efficient strategies/lists/combination for you?
Thank you much!

There are actually many many different combinations for a campaign. You are on the right track with plans of switching up your marketing piece though! Sending a different marketing piece every 3-5 weeks seems to work really well.
Michael Quarles is very, very, VERY knowledgeable in all things Direct Mail. He has a campaign that he suggests that looks something like this:
- Small Text Postcard
- Yellow Letter
- Large Text Postcard
- Typed Letter
- Greeting Card
- Zip Letter
I hope this is helpful!
