You can have a good logo designed professionally for just a few hundred bucks via a vendor such as Logoworks.com...Most of our mail will NOT arrive at a moment simultaneous to a seller's realization that they need to sell.

@Michael AdamoI agree that prices of MFR's are still way overinflated, but I a believer in offering what you think the property is worth and take the list price as a suggestion until I can arrive at a number that hits my targets.
