Seller will not provide asking price

For the more experienced wholesalers - what do you think when a seller will not provide an asking price?  Do these situations ever work out in your favor?  Or does that typically mean the seller is not motivated?

Second question - how do you handle realtors who want to bring their clients to see your wholesale deals?

The best thing is to ask them multiple times where they want to be, but always provide supporting evidence as to how you arrived at your offer. And if they do give you a number, keep asking them if that is the best they can do. The key is repetition.

In regards to realtors bringing buyers, thats fine since they are just bringing more potential buyers. But keep in mind if you don't have an agreement with the sellers yet (if I understood correctly) then you don't have the right to sell yet, so having a lot of people in and out is not the best thing.
