Likely will get sued as medical conditions such as late stage AIDS, etc. that prohibit vaccinations ARE a protected class. 

I realize this is quite general, but I am more than willing to contextualize my situation and goals, just hoping to get some input on some individuals with some experience in this area, or even the South East in general.

She would qualify to exclude up to $250K gain as an individual, or $500K if filed jointly. 

I've personally house hacked 3 different houses in Washington DC, living anywhere from $650-$1,800 / month (The $1,800 is not because I now only want to live with one individual as I get older) .   

This would only apply to individuals whose income exceeds $400K (filing single) or $450K (filing jointly)oMy account balance is nowhere near this now; why are we all investing?
