Typically it's advised against to keep appreciating assets in a corp, but you're right that it has to be a Pship or corp.

Would you advise informing the tenants of the dangers? 

I live here and I'm familiar with Lake Nona.. be advised that there is a lot of high-end investing there, mainly because there is a massive medical park going in there.
