You have travel time, meetings, association events and clubs to attend, time on computer doing research, networking, driving around finding properties, meeting people to find you properties, taking care of the finances, paying all the bills and making deposits, etc etc etc.That all said, since MikeOH makes a large majority of his income from RE investing, he would qualify, not just from the hours minimum he acquires.
