Bring a check to the court appearance so you can immediately schedule the eviction with the sheriff - it will save you from having to make two trips out there.

I am always leary of doing Time and Materials with my Subcontractors because it gives no incentive for them to get it done quickly and efficiently and then you're always on edge with how many breaks they are taking, how many lumber yard trips etc, on your dime.

It would be hard for me to produce the way I do if I didnt have a roof over my head and electricity to make sure I was able to get a hot shower in the morning so I could actually be a productive person.

I spoke with him about this over the weekend and hopefully he will let me know by Wednesday morning.

I actually just bought an electric drain cleaner this morning which worked quite nicely and should save me some big hassel and money down the road.

I was riding around one morning after finishing up completing a wholesale on a SFH when I decided to cruise through the area.
