Hello everybody!
I'm 26 and just starting in RE!
Have been reading books and soaking-up as much info as I can.
I want to get my first house this year :)
If anyone is around, lets be friends.
I work 3 days a week as a bartender, so I have free-time.
I'm down to help you with labor, free of charge, etc. just want to learn.

I was just down in your area the other day on a road trip down the coast! I know prices can be a bit high there, but that might mean more room for wholesaling or flipping? Be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like wholesale, San Francisco, Rehab, etc ) so you'll be notified that those words were mentioned in the forums and can jump into those conversations! It's also an awesome way to meet new people from your area when they introduce themselves to this forum!
