You do have to worry about bogus reviews, but it is better than nothing.Hopefully you are requiring permits as this likely is legally required. 

Their relative assumed this was our cabin, so they clicked on it and found some horrible reviews - really bad.  

If you are not a subscriber to the Saint Louis Business Journal, go to the local library and review the various categories and/or the 'Book of lists' published by the Journal. 

I have guys who do the work in the house but I always check and review if it is repair worthy or made up things.
