Real Estate Attorney and Title Company in Hartford, CT area

Hi everyone. I am new to real estate, and am looking to get started with wholesaling, eventually leading to flips and rentals. I am looking for recommendations for a good real estate attorney to use in the Hartford, CT area, as well as a good title company to use. I have a template of a purchase agreement and an assignment agreement that I got from thewholesalerstoolbox.com. I would like to have a real estate attorney review to make sure I am safe to proceed. Also am searching for a tile company in the area that is familiar with wholesaling and contract assignments. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
