Here's a different point of view through the eyes of a guest.

Looking for a fresh set of eyes to look at a rental analysis for a 10 unit efficiency apartment building in Pueblo, CO. 

I'd suggest attending local REIA meetings, and keeping an eye out for folks who can teach you (while also being very thoughtful of how you will bring value to them--because a decent mentor will only continue to mentor you if you're bringing something to the table!).

It was out of state and with as small as it was I took a gamble and did not step foot in it until i owned it, but I had the local realtor go thru and do a video and a basic eye ball inspection and felt confident.

My work has been keeping me super busy lately.I guess the way I am looking at the situation (through my non experienced eyes) would be looking at that key word, “should be”.

And when everyone is looking the other way, nobody has their eye on the ball.

They do have pride of, well, residence.And then there are the guys that take a little different approach, so I keep an eye on them and will remind them to take care of things.

I thought it was wiser to invest close to your own location so you can keep an eye on your property.

I'm jealous, you bought in an area I've had my eye on for a long time!
